Sampling route

Four gates before bulk production.

1. Construction proposal

Material stack, geometry, component plan and initial costing based on the brief.

2. Prototype review

Physical sample checked inside the intended shoe for fit, feel and functional direction.

3. Verification

Agreed material and physical tests, fit approval, artwork and packaging confirmation.

4. Production lock

Golden sample, specifications, tolerances, QC points and delivery plan are confirmed.

Quality records

Inspection criteria are tied to the approved construction rather than a generic product description.

Change control

Material or color substitutions are reviewed before production implementation.

OEM questions

Practical answers for first enquiries.

Can you develop an insole around our existing shoe?

Yes. The best starting point is the shoe sample, last or available footbed envelope, together with the intended performance brief.

Can branding and retail packaging be customized?

Top-cover print, color, logo treatment and packaging can be included in the development brief. Final options depend on material, process and order quantity.

Do you publish a fixed MOQ?

The supplied workbook contains product-specific commercial terms, but this website does not publish a universal MOQ because tooling, materials and packaging can change the viable quantity. Ask for a program-specific quotation.

Can regulated or medical claims be supplied?

Any health, antimicrobial or medical claim must be matched to the final material, test evidence and rules of the destination market. We do not treat a catalogue statement as automatic regulatory approval.
